The President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune has signed, on January 1st, 2021, the presidential decree on the promulgation of the constitutional amendment in the Official Journal.The new Constitution was adopted by referendum on 1 November 2020.

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chaired Sunday 3 January 2021, a meeting of the Council of Ministers during which was assessed the performance of the different ministerial departments in 2020.
