The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all Algerian Scholarship students pursuing their academic education abroad of the launch of a platform dedicated to the follow-up of their scholarship renewal application.
In this regard, all the concerned students should proceed to create their account via the following link:
https://services.mesrs.dz/DCEU/mod/questionnaire/complete.php?id=199
Furthermore, the students are requested to fill the form accurately (all fields must be completed) and upload a copy of their valid passport in order to get access to the following-up of their application.
