During his participation in the 51st meeting of the Council of Arab Information Ministers in Cairo, on 16 June, the Minister of Communication, spokesperson of the Government, Ammar Belhimer, emphasized on the need to identify a common Arab vision and to consolidate the Arab media presence in the electronic space.
He also insisted on the necessity of revitalising the relations of cooperation to tackle the complex media challenges facing Arab countries, particularly those related to electronic journalism and cyber security, which could help achieve Arab media security and enable it to keep pace with global development in this regard.
