The European Union Court of Justice declared on Wednesday that the EU-Morocco trade deals covering farm products and fish were invalid because they were agreed to without the consent of the people of Western Sahara.
Furthermore, the EU Court ruled that the Polisario Front was recognised internationally as a representative of the people of Western Sahara.
